পেরিফেরাল রক্ত সঞ্চালনের বিঘ্নতাজনিত অসুবিধা সমূহ, যেমন- মাংসপেশীর তীব্র অনৈচ্ছিক আক্ষেপ এবং রক্তনালিকার বিভিন্ন কারনে সংকুচিত হওয়ার ফলে সৃষ্ট উপসর্গ সমূহ, যেমন- গ্যাংগ্রিন-এর পূর্ববর্তী অবস্থায়, রাত্রিকালীন খিঁচুনি, হাত ও পায়ের তালু ঠাণ্ডা হয়ে যাওয়া, অবসন্নতা, ভেরিকোস সৃষ্ট ক্ষত।
ভারসাম্যহীনতা সৃষ্ট উপসর্গ, যেমন-
কানের লেবিরিন্থ এর রক্তনালী সংকোচনের জন্য কানের অস্বস্তিবোধ, মাথাঘোরা, কানে কম শোনা, ডিজিনেস, কানে অস্বস্তিকর শব্দ শোনা, অনিচ্ছাকৃত চোখ ঘোরা, বমি বমি ভাব বা বমি হওয়া।
ভ্রমণ জনিত অসুস্থতায়।
🔹Pharmacologyফার্মাকোলজি
This contains two active ingredients Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. The two substances belong to different groups of medicines. Cinnarizine is part of a group called calcium antagonists. Dimenhydrinate belongs to a group called antihistamines. Both substances work by reducing symptoms of vertigo (a feeling of dizziness or spinning) and nausea (feeling sick). The combination product is more effective than the individual compounds.
ইহাতে রয়েছে দুটি সক্রিয় উপাদান সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট। এই দুটি উপাদান দুটি ভিন্ন গ্রুপের ঔষধ। সিনারজিন ক্যালসিয়াম বিরোধী এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট একটি অ্যান্টিহিস্টামিন। উভয় উপাদানই ভার্টিগো (মাথা ঘোরা অনুভূতি) এবং বমি ভাব (অসুস্থ বোধ করা) এর লক্ষণগুলি কমায়।সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট এর সমন্বয়টি পৃথক যৌগের চেয়ে অধিক কার্যকরি।
🔹Dosage & Administrationমাত্রা ও ব্যবহারবিধি
Adults: 1 tablet three times daily, to be taken after meals. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 years: Not recommended Elderly: Dosage as for adults.
প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের: ১ টি ট্যাবলেট দৈনিক তিনবার খাবারের পরে সেবনযোগ্য।

🔹Interactionমিথস্ক্রিয়া
Concurrent use of alcohol, CNS depressants or tricyclic antidepressants may potentiate the sedative effects of either these drugs or of Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid these drugs while taking Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate.
অ্যালকোহল, সিএনএস ডিপ্রেশনস বা ট্রাইসাইক্লিক এন্টিডিপ্রেসেন্টসগুলির একযোগে ব্যবহার এই ঔষধগুলির বা সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট এর সিডেটিভ প্রভাবকে বৃদ্ধি করে। অতএব, সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট গ্রহণের সময় এই ঔষধগুলি ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
🔹Contraindicationsপ্রতিনির্দেশনা
Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate should not be used by patients with severe hepatic impairment. Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate is contra-indicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients. Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate should not be used in patients with angle-closure glaucoma, convulsions, suspicion of raised intracranial pressure, and alcohol abuse or urine retention due to urethroprostatic disorders.
সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট মারাত্মক হেপাটিক প্রতিবন্ধকতাযুক্ত রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়। সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট এর প্রতি অতিমাত্রায় সংবেদনশীল রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রেও প্রতিনির্দেশিত। এছাড়া অ্যাংগেল- ক্লোজার গ্লুকোমা, খিচুনি, অন্তঃমস্তিকের চাপ বৃদ্ধির ক্ষেত্রে এবং অ্যালকোহলের আসক্তি অথবা মূত্রনালীর বিঘ্নতাজনিত কারণে মূত্ররােধ হলে সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট প্রতিনির্দেশিত।
🔹Side Effectsপার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া
Drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, and stomach pain may occur. Rare side effects are impaired vision, allergic reactions, light sensitivity, and difficulty in urinating. Other possible reactions which may occur: weight gain, constipation, tightness of the chest, jaundice, worsening of angle-closure glaucoma, uncontrollable movements, unusual excitement and restlessness, severe skin reactions.
তন্দ্রা, শুষ্ক মুখ, মাথাব্যথা এবং পেটে ব্যথা হতে পারে। এছাড়া দৃষ্টি শক্তির ব্যাঘাত, অ্যালার্জি প্রতিক্রিয়া, আলোর প্রতি সংবেদনশীলতা এবং প্রস্রাবের অসুবিধা কদাচিৎ দেখা দিতে পারে। অন্যান্য সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়াগুলো হলো ওজন বৃদ্ধি, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, বুকের আঁটসাঁট হওয়া, জন্ডিস, অ্যাংগেল- ক্লোজার গ্লুকোমা আরও ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হওয়া, অনিয়ন্ত্রিত চলাফেরা, অস্বাভাবিক উত্তেজনা ও অস্থিরতা এবং চর্মের তীব্র প্রদাহ।
🔹Pregnancy & Lactationগর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালে
Dimenhydrinate and cinnarizine should not be used during pregnancy and lactation.
গর্ভাবস্থায় এবং স্তন্যদানের সময় ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট এবং সিনারিজিন ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
🔹Precautions & Warningsসতর্কতা
Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate do not reduce blood pressure significantly; however, it should be used with caution in hypotensive patients. Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate should be taken after meals to minimize any gastric irritation. Caution should be exercised when administering Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate to patients with Parkinson’s disease.
সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট রক্তচাপকে উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে হ্রাস করে না; তবে হাইপোটেনসিভ রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে এটি সাবধানতার সাথে ব্যবহার করা উচিত। গ্যাস্ট্রিক জ্বালা হ্রাস করতে খাবারের পরে সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট গ্রহণ করা উচিত। পার্কিনসন রোগে আক্রান্ত রোগীদের সিনারিজিন এবং ডাইমেনহাইড্রিনেট দেওয়ার সময় সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।
🔹Storage Conditionsসংরক্ষণ
Store in a cool (below 30°C) and dry place. Keep away from light and out of reach of children.
